Thank you for shopping with Laflora. We strive to provide you with the highest quality floral arrangements and exceptional service. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, our returns and cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us via email at support @laflora.ae or call us at +971 55 544 0404
- To process your cancellation request, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Billing address
- Recipient name
2. Cancellation Notice:
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the intended delivery date to process any cancellations.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Returns
1. Returns Policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
- If your order includes non-perishable items that need to be returned, please contact us for instructions on returning these items.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, as deemed appropriate.
Refunds
1. Refund Process:
- If a refund is authorized, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of the approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank.
