These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website http://www.laflora.ae (the “Website”) and any services accessible through it (collectively, the “Services”).
“Laflora Bloomery Trading LLC” maintains the http://www.laflora.ae Website ("Site").
By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Governing Law and Domicile
1.1 United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
1.2 Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
2. Products
2.1 All products offered on the Website are available for delivery throughout the UAE, subject to availability.
2.2 Certain floral products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life.
2.3 Some products may be harmful or poisonous (e.g., lilies are toxic to cats). For more information, please contact our Customer Care.
2.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.
2.5 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and reimburse your payment within 7 days of the intended delivery date.
2.6 Products are delivered on the date selected at checkout during business hours, unless otherwise specified.
2.7 We guarantee the freshness of flowers for 7 days from the delivery date.
2.8 Food items may contain allergens; please refer to specific product pages for allergen information.
3. Prices
3.1 Prices listed on the Website are valid for 14 days from the order date.
3.2 All prices include VAT for deliveries made within the UAE.
3.3 Prices may vary from those offered by our florists or telephone ordering line.
3.4 Product prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders / Payments
4.1 You will receive clear instructions for navigating the order process and must provide complete personal and payment details.
4.2 Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
4.3 The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
4.4 By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you consent to these Terms.
4.5 Your order is subject to our acceptance, and we will send an email confirmation once your order is being processed. We do not consider ourselves bound by a contract until this email confirmation is issued.
4.6 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and http://www.laflora.ae policies and rules.
5. Age Restriction and Account Security
5.1 Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
5.2 User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
6. Delivery
6.1 Please ensure complete address details and contact numbers for the recipient to avoid delivery issues.
6.2 Delivery will be made via a third-party courier service. While we strive to meet the requested delivery date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
6.3 Some deliveries to hospitals and hotels may be left at the reception.
6.4 If the carrier cannot find someone to accept the delivery or leave it in a secure location, they will return the items to us for re-delivery at a later time.
6.5 For specific delivery services, please check the cut-off times and any potential additional charges for remote locations.
7. Sanctions Policy
7.1 We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
8. Cancellation/Amendments and Returns Policy
8.1 To change or cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@laflora.ae at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
8.2 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once dispatched. Customized goods may also be non-returnable once the customization process has begun.
9. Customer Care – Complaints and Refunds Policy
9.1 For any complaints, please contact us via email at support@laflora.ae or call us at +971 50 490 0084.
9.2 Customer Care is available from 8 am to midnight, 7 days a week.
9.3 We advise reporting any complaints within 1 working day of delivery.
9.4 We will address complaints promptly, either through replacement or compensation vouchers.
9.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several days to appear in your account.
10. Disclaimer
10.1 While we strive to ensure the Website operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions.
10.2 Our liability for any claims or losses is limited to the price paid for the products supplied, with the exception of death or personal injury due to negligence.
11. Promotional Codes
11.1 Promotional codes can be applied at checkout for purchases made on the Website.
11.2 Codes are limited to one use per customer and may have expiration dates.
11.3 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
12. General Amendments
12.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
