Laflora is legally registered under the name "ABAQ ALWARD FLOWERS TRADING L.L.C" with registration no. 1409694.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website laflora.ae (the “Website”) and any services accessible through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products
1.1 All products offered on the Website are available for delivery throughout the UAE, subject to availability.
1.2 Certain floral products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life.
1.3 Some products may be harmful or poisonous (e.g., lilies are toxic to cats). For more information, please contact our Customer Care.
1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.
1.5 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and reimburse your payment within 7 days of the intended delivery date.
1.6 Products are delivered on the date selected at checkout during business hours, unless otherwise specified.
1.7 We guarantee the freshness of flowers for 7 days from the delivery date.
1.8 Food items may contain allergens; please refer to specific product pages for allergen information.
2. Prices
2.1 Prices listed on the Website are valid for 14 days from the order date.
2.2 All prices include VAT for deliveries made within the UAE.
2.3 Prices may vary from those offered by our florists or telephone ordering line.
2.4 Product prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders / Payments
3.1 You will receive clear instructions for navigating the order process and must provide complete personal and payment details.
3.2 We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, excluding Diners Club and department store cards.
3.3 By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you consent to these Terms.
3.4 Your order is subject to our acceptance, and we will send an email confirmation once your order is being processed. We do not consider ourselves bound by a contract until this email confirmation is issued.
3.5 Orders cannot be accepted from customers under 16 years of age.
4. Delivery
4.1 Please ensure complete address details and contact numbers for the recipient to avoid delivery issues.
4.2 Delivery will be made via a third-party courier service. While we strive to meet the requested delivery date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
4.3 Some deliveries to hospitals and hotels may be left at the reception.
4.4 If the carrier cannot find someone to accept the delivery or leave it in a secure location, they will return the items to us for re-delivery at a later time.
4.5 For specific delivery services, please check the cut-off times and any potential additional charges for remote locations.
5. Cancellation/Amendments and Returns Policy
5.1 To change or cancel your order, please contact us via email at support@laflora.ae at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
5.2 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once dispatched. Customized goods may also be non-returnable once the customization process has begun.
6. Customer Care – Complaints and Refunds Policy
6.1 For any complaints, please contact us via email at support@laflora.ae or call us at +971 55 544 0404.
6.2 Customer Care is available from 8 am to midnight, 7 days a week.
6.3 We advise reporting any complaints within 1 working day of delivery.
6.4 We will address complaints promptly, either through replacement or compensation vouchers.
6.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several days to appear in your account.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 While we strive to ensure the Website operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions.
7.2 Our liability for any claims or losses is limited to the price paid for the products supplied, with the exception of death or personal injury due to negligence.
8. Promotional Codes
8.1 Promotional codes can be applied at checkout for purchases made on the Website.
8.2 Codes are limited to one use per customer and may have expiration dates.
8.3 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
9. General
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect 5 hours after posting on the Website.
9.2 Your purchase is governed by the laws of the UAE, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
