1. Delivery Methods and Coverage
1.1 Service Providers To ensure efficient service, we offer delivery through our own fleet of drivers as well as accredited third-party logistics companies registered in Dubai.
2. Delivery Schedule & Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order value. Please review the breakdown below:
2.1 Dubai (Same-Day & Scheduled)

2.2 Sharjah (Same-Day Delivery)

Delivery Window: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Order Cut-off: 1:00 PM (Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next day).

3. Order Processing and Coordination
3.1 Freshness Guarantee (Preparation Policy) To ensure the highest quality, we do not prepare floral arrangements days in advance. Our team prepares orders strictly on the scheduled date and time of delivery to maintain shelf life and freshness.
3.2 Coordination with Receiver

Once an order is received, we may contact the recipient to confirm their availability and address details via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call.

Important: Please ensure a valid and active WhatsApp number is provided for the recipient to ensure a smooth delivery process.

If the recipient fails to respond or delays their response, the delivery time may be rescheduled. In such events, we will inform the sender accordingly.
4. Proof of Delivery
4.1 Delivery Confirmation Process We adhere to a strict proof of delivery protocol. Upon successful delivery, we retain proof of receipt through one of the following methods:

Signed Receipt: A physical signature by the recipient or authorized person on the delivery slip.

Photographic Proof: An image taken of the delivered item at the location (if contact-free delivery is requested or permitted).
5. Delivery Attempts and Rescheduling
5.1 Delivery Attempts We offer a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts.

If the recipient is unavailable or fails to collect the flowers after the second attempt, the order will be marked as fulfilled.

Any subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional delivery charges based on the location and cost incurred.
5.2 Perishable Nature of Goods Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

No Replenishment: If a delivery is rescheduled to a future date due to the recipient's unavailability or lack of response, the original floral arrangement will be used. Flowers will not be replenished, freshened, or replaced for the rescheduled delivery.

Additional Costs: If the sender requests fresh flowers for a rescheduled delivery, this will be treated as a new order or will incur significant replacement costs.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
6.1 Delivery Timeliness We strive to deliver all orders within the selected time slots. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or logistic constraints).
6.2 Right to Reschedule We reserve the right to reschedule delivery with or without prior notice due to operational constraints, safety concerns, or unforeseen logistical issues. While we will attempt to update you where possible, in rare cases we may not be able to provide immediate notification if proper contact details are not provided.
6.3 Force Majeure Laflora shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or disruptions in transportation or communication services.
7. General Delivery Information
7.1 Accurate Information To ensure timely delivery, please provide the full address, including area name, building/villa number, and valid contact numbers for both the sender and recipient.
7.2 Restricted Locations Certain locations (e.g., airports, hospitals, government facilities) may have restricted access. Deliveries to these locations may be left at reception. If delivery is refused by the facility, Laflora cannot be held responsible.
7.3 Funeral Deliveries For funeral arrangements, we recommend placing orders at least one working day in advance. While we prioritize these orders, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
7.4 Multiple Items If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped or delivered separately depending on availability and logistics routes. Same-day delivery for all items in a split order cannot be guaranteed.
