• Packaging: Roses are shipped in protective layers to ensure safe arrival. The flowers are packed in two layers, so it may initially appear that the bunch contains fewer stems, but additional roses are packed beneath the top layer.
• Guard Petals: To protect the blooms during shipping, roses are shipped with guard petals intact, which may cause some discoloration or a distorted appearance. Up to 8 guard petals may need to be removed per rose to reveal the beautiful blooms beneath.
• Expected Vase Life: With proper care, the vase life averages between 5 to 8 days.
• Imported Quality: LaFlora roses are sourced directly from our partner farms in Ecuador or Colombia, ensuring high quality and freshness.

• Unwrap & Prepare: Upon delivery, remove any packaging or wrapping.
• Trim Stems: Cut stems at an angle using sharp scissors or floral shears. Remove any leaves below the water line.
• Water & Vase: Place flowers immediately in a clean vase filled with fresh, lukewarm water.
• Placement: Keep in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or ripening fruits.
• Maintenance: Change water every 2 days and re-trim stems to ensure optimal water absorption. Remove wilted or dried leaves and petals regularly.
