Substitution Policy: If a substitution is required, we will choose similar flowers in color and style to match your original selection as closely as possible. While we will try to contact you if this occurs, substitutions may occasionally be made without prior notice due to time constraints. For centerpieces, we will use flowers within the same color palette whenever possible, even if this means substituting different flower types of equal or higher value.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns are not accepted for issues resulting from improper care or negligence.
1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.
2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.
3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.
