Roses are available year-round.* Roses feature one bloom per stem. They are shipped in bunches, carefully packed to ensure protection during shipping. Roses are shipped in bud form; once hydrated, the blooms will open to a larger size.
Roses arrive with guard petals intact to protect them during transit, which may cause them to appear distorted, discolored, or bruised. Once ready to process, you may need to remove up to 8 guard petals per rose to reveal the pristine bloom quality.

++In the event that a substitution may be necessary, we take utmost care to ensure that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible. While we will always try to contact you if this situation arises, occasionally time may not allow for this, and flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation. In the case of centerpieces, flowers within the same color palette will be used if possible, even if it means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or higher value.
Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.
1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.
2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.
3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.
