Your blooms will arrive partially open and will fully bloom within the next few hours. Although the flowers are partially bloomed, they are fully ready to be enjoyed immediately for any occasion, and the blooms will expand even more in the next few hours.

Our Seeded Eucalyptus selection may vary depending on the season, with potential changes from Regular Seeded to Willow Seeded during the Spring. The Silver Dollar Eucalyptus in your pack may also be replaced with another variety at our discretion, such as Willow Fresh Eucalyptus, Feather Eucalyptus, or True Blue Eucalyptus, depending on availability.

The seeds on our Seeded Eucalyptus Greenery can be smaller in size, shaped like a cup, or brownish/red in color depending on the time of year.

Each pack consists of a grower’s bunch with varying numbers of stems. Here’s what you can expect in each size pack:

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary, we will do our best to ensure your order remains as similar as possible to your original selection. While we will always attempt to reach you in such situations, sometimes timing will not allow for this, and substitutions may be made without prior confirmation. If substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers within the same color palette when possible, ensuring they are of equal or higher value.

Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition; returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.

2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.

3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.
