While we will make an effort to contact you if this situation arises, substitutions may occur without prior notice when time constraints do not permit. For centerpieces, flowers within the same color palette will be used whenever feasible, even if it means substituting different flower types of equal or greater value.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for issues arising from improper care or handling.
1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.
2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.
3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.
