Our blooms arrive partially open and will fully open within the next few hours. Although flowers are partially bloomed, they are ready to be enjoyed immediately for any occasion, and they will bloom bigger soon!

Average Stem Length: 40 to 60 cm (approximately 15.5 to 23.5 inches).

Expected Vase Life: 5-8 days with proper care and handling.

Roses are shipped in bud form. Once hydrated, the blooms will open to a much larger size. Each bunch is carefully packed in multiple layers to ensure protection during shipping.

Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature, exact color tones may vary slightly due to monitor resolutions.

While we will always try to contact you, flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation if time does not allow. In the case of centerpieces, we will use flowers within the same color palette whenever possible, even if it means substituting other types of flowers of equal or higher value.

Returns are only accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

• Unwrap & Prepare: Upon delivery, remove any packaging or wrapping.
• Trim Stems: Cut stems at an angle using sharp scissors or floral shears. Remove any leaves below the water line.
• Water & Vase: Place flowers immediately in a clean vase filled with fresh, lukewarm water.
• Placement: Keep in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or ripening fruits.
• Maintenance: Change water every 2 days and re-trim stems to ensure optimal water absorption. Remove wilted or dried leaves and petals regularly.
