• Recommended Delivery: 24 hours before your event.
• Bloom Condition: Your blooms will arrive partially open and will open fully within the next few hours. Although they are partially bloomed, they are fully ready to be enjoyed immediately for any occasion, and the flowers will bloom bigger in the next few hours.
• Average Stem Length: 40 to 60 cm (approximately 16 to 24 inches).
• Expected Vase Life: 5 to 8 days with proper care.

Our roses are shipped in bud form, and once hydrated, the blooms will open to a much larger size. They are packed in multiple layers to ensure protection during shipping. From the top angle, it may appear that there are fewer stems in the bunch; however, there is a second layer containing the remaining roses.

Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature and due to variations in monitor resolutions, the exact color tones may vary slightly.

++ In the event that a substitution may be necessary, we take great care to ensure that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible. While we will always try to contact you if this situation arises, sometimes time may not allow for this, and flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation. In the case of centerpieces, we will use flowers within the same color palette if possible, even if it means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or higher value.

Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

• Unwrap & Prepare: Upon delivery, remove any packaging or wrapping.
• Trim Stems: Cut stems at an angle using sharp scissors or floral shears. Remove any leaves below the water line.
• Water & Vase: Place flowers immediately in a clean vase filled with fresh, lukewarm water.
• Placement: Keep in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or ripening fruits.
• Maintenance: Change water every 2 days and re-trim stems to ensure optimal water absorption. Remove wilted or dried leaves and petals regularly.
