Roses arrive with guard petals, which may make the flowers appear slightly distorted, discolored, or bruised. These outer petals protect the rose during shipping and can be easily removed to reveal the fresh, pristine petals beneath.

• To protect the roses during shipping, they are packed in two layers. Upon first glance, it may appear that there are fewer stems, but there is an additional layer beneath the top row. This packaging ensures that your flowers arrive safely.
• Your flowers may look a bit thirsty or wilted when they first arrive. This is completely normal due to their time spent in transit. Simply follow our detailed care instructions to rehydrate the roses, and they will perk up beautifully within hours.

Substitution Policy: In rare cases, a flower substitution may be necessary due to availability issues. If we need to make any changes, we will always aim to provide flowers of similar color, value, and style. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of your original order. If time allows, we will contact you for approval. However, in situations where time is limited, substitutions may be made without verbal confirmation to ensure your order arrives on time.
