Your flowers will arrive partially open and will fully bloom within the next few hours. Although the blooms are partially bloomed, they are fully ready to be enjoyed immediately for any occasion, and the flowers will bloom bigger in the next few hours.

Roses are available year-round.* If your desired delivery date is unavailable, please contact customer care. Each rose features one bloom per stem.

Expected vase life is an average of 5 to 8 days with proper care and handling.

Roses are shipped in multiple layers within each bunch to ensure protection during shipping. From the top angle, it may appear that you have fewer stems; however, there are additional roses in the lower layers.

We ship our roses in bud form. Once hydrated, the blooms will open to a much larger size.

Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature and due to variations in monitor resolutions, the exact color tones of the flowers may vary to some degree.

• Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy, which is absolutely NORMAL. Please refer to our Flower Care tab on this product page for detailed care and handling instructions.

++ In the event that a substitution may be necessary, we take utmost care to ensure your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible. While we will always try to reach you if this situation arises, occasionally time will not allow for this, and flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you. For centerpieces, flowers within the same color palette will be used if possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or higher value.

Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.

• Our premium flowers are imported fresh from Ecuador and Holland, delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longer vase life.

• This arrangement has a mild to no natural fragrance, making it suitable for both home and office environments.

• Seasonal flower substitutions may occur, with alternatives chosen to match the original color scheme and style.

• Occasionally, the vase or box may differ due to stock, but replacements will always complement the arrangement’s design.
