Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is as close to your original selection as possible. In such cases, we’ll use blooms of similar color, value, and style, and will always aim to reach you for confirmation if time allows. If confirmation isn't possible, we’ll proceed with substitutions of equal or higher value within the same color palette.
Important Note: Tulips are a product of nature, so slight variations in color may occur.
Returns: Accepted only if flowers arrive in poor condition; returns will not be processed for issues related to handling or care.
1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.
2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.
3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.
