Packaging and Shipping:
- Within each bunch, the roses are packed in two layers for protection during shipping. From the top angle, it may appear that you have fewer stems, but there is a second layer containing additional roses.
- Roses are shipped in special packaging, which may include water boxes, water tubes, or wet foam to ensure they are properly prepared for transit.
- We ship our roses in bud form. Once hydrated, the blooms will open to a much larger size.
Expected Vase Life: 5 to 8 days with proper care and handling.

Care Instructions: Your flowers will arrive looking thirsty and sleepy. This is completely normal. Please refer to our Flower Care tab on this product page for detailed care and handling instructions.
Substitutions: In the event that a substitution is necessary, we will do our best to ensure your order remains as similar to your original choice as possible. While we will strive to contact you if substitutions arise, sometimes time may not allow for this, and substitutes may be shipped without prior notification. For centerpieces, flowers within the same color palette will be used if possible, even if it means substituting other types of flowers of equal or higher value.
Returns Policy: Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence.
1. Trim the stems.
Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in the vase with flower food. This allows for better hydration.
2. Refresh the water.
Change the vase water regularly to prevent harmful bacteria from forming. Remove any wilted petals and leaves below the waterline to extend the life of your flowers.
3. Keep it cool.
Store your flowers in a cooler space to keep them fresh longer. Avoid placing them near sunny windows or warm spots.

While we will try to contact you for approval, in some cases, we may need to proceed with shipping your order. Rest assured, any substituted flowers will be of equal or greater value.
